I have always provided my real estate clients with document preparation services related to the real estate services I provided. I now offer this legal document preparation service to my non real estate clients.

​In the case where a client needs me to contact lenders, creditors or other parties on their behalf, the client must sign an 'Authorization To Release Information", which I would send to the party which the client is authorizing to release information to me. 

​

Once I receive this information, I can provide it to the client for their own purpose or use it to help the client. 

​

Some instances where this information could be used, might be:

• to negotiate a loan modification

• to negotiate a short sale

• to negotiate pay-off of a debt to a creditor

• to set up a payment plan with a creditor

• to sell a property to a buyer 

• to purchase a property from a seller

• to set up an arrangement where the client becomes a lender on a property

• to set up an arrangement where the client would invest in a property  

• many other reasons
